parents-child play2 When we think of children, we invariably think of them playing. Playing is what being a child is all about. Play keeps them happy and busy, and it is vital for mental, physical and social development. It is how they learn and discover the world.

Adult consider play to be fun. It is a time for recreation, stress relief, amusement and interacting with others. It is just something they might want to do to take a break from work.

But children are somewhat different. Play is children’s unique and natural way of learning. A child needs to learn in order to survive. Playing with other children teaches your child viral social skills, such as cooperation and empathy. Playing also enables your child to develop problem-solving and communication skills.

However, Play is one of the best ways parents and children bond. Try to find activities that you both enjoy. You can also encourage your child alternative activities such as sports, reading, hobbies or any creative play. So have fun, playing together with your little ones.
