Daily exercise regime

Due to the motivation of living a healthier life, my hubby and I started a daily exercise regime four days ago. After dropping the kids in school, we jog, walk and go biking, sweating the toxin out our body while enjoying nature’s real beauty with its fresh early morning breeze. I find this exercise routine so much exciting and uplifting because we spend quality time with each other, thank goodness he came up with this regimen and now we want to do it by heart. We both live an active life and enjoy the same online job so we don’t happen to get much time for each other. So enjoying the nature and detoxifying together is something we both look forward to every morning. Meeting a lot of different and new faces everyday so engrossed with their exercise habits is one motivating thing not just for us both also to our jogging mates and partners. But what‘s more inspiring is seeing our old folks do some Tai-chi lessons or groove with their aerobic dancing class in the park.

Just thinking that I could spend another quality time with my husband tomorrow and meet my new pals make me think that there are a lot of things to be thankful about this life. Time with my loved ones, friends and a great experience with the nature; these are things that would surely bring wondrous joy and smile on my face; genuine smile and happiness. Now who said that you need to have a bunch of cash just to be happy? See you in the park!
