As the saying goes, there is no place like home. This is where you can feel the internal peace and happiness that you can not find anywhere. Dwelling in a house which we call home is the greatest experience one can ever have.
I had once away from home. I can say that home sickness can be the greatest enemy. It can consume your energy and leave you lonely. I hate that feeling and that made me realize that the fun I experience from home can not be compared to any kind of joy the outside world brings.

My ten year old daughter surfs the internet all by herself – she uses the computer at the living room. My husband installed a parental control in that computer to limit the amount of time of their playing in front of the computer. She was only allowed one hour for weekdays or school days. I also allowed my six year old daughter to surf the internet but usually she loves watching TV rather than playing computer games
The internet poses many dangers for our kids, as parents it’s our responsibility to be aware of what our children are up to on the web. They would be exposed to things that aren’t supposed to be viewed by them or even to be learned by them, such as cuss words that you sure wouldn’t bear hear coming from them at all.

When we think of children, we invariably think of them playing. Playing is what being a child is all about. Play keeps them happy and busy, and it is vital for mental, physical and social development. It is how they learn and discover the world.
Adult consider play to be fun. It is a time for recreation, stress relief, amusement and interacting with others. It is just something they might want to do to take a break from work.
But children are somewhat different. Play is children’s unique and natural way of learning. A child needs to learn in order to survive. Playing with other children teaches your child viral social skills, such as cooperation and empathy. Playing also enables your child to develop problem-solving and communication skills.

When someone did something good to us maybe it be a big a small favor we always say ‘thank you’ no matter how simple the act is. But have you ever thanked your parents for giving you good life, for sending you to a good school and making sure you get only the best things in the world? Have you even appreciated their hard work and trying to let the ends meet? If you haven’t thanked them yet for all the wonderful things they’ve done for you, today is the perfect time to say thank you. Don’t wait for Parents’ Day to let them know they’re appreciated because we can make everyday a Parents’ Day.
Thanks to my mom and dad!

As a parent we always think and wanted our children to learn from us and adapt all the possible good traits you can think of. We often hear people say that their moms were their first and best teachers they ever have. But since I became a parent, I could say that my daughter is and will always be my best teacher.
Of course she does not teach me how to read and write but she taught me how to see things in different ways. When my baby wakes me up with her shrieking cry, I’ve got no choice but to attend to her no matter how tired I am. I am the most impatient person you would ever encounter by I realized how I’ve developed my patience over the course of time.

This poem was recited by my daughter together with her classmates in their class assembly. This poem really touch my heart.
My Parents
Purer than the lilies is my mother dear
Sweeter than the roses in the garden near.
Stronger than the lion is my father dear
Mightier than the giant
In the stories hear
Their faces are like sunshine
Their hearts like gold
Now that I’m young
I take care of them when they grow old…

Learning begins at home and you know that for sure. The many values and skills that you have learned, you yourself learned from your own folks, and now it’s time to pass those things to your children for you would like them to have the same traits that you posses right at this moment.
Being a parent, I always see to it that they would learn all the good traits from me, that would mold them to be a likable, courteous, respectful and of course lovable and would make people to love them at what everything they are inside and out.
