Almost all teenagers as well as young aged girls loves any kind of stuff as long as it is pink. My ten year old daughter as well as my six year old daughter are very fond of collecting pink stuff like Hello Kitty, Barbie and any kind of stuffs . Yesterday, I brought my eldest daughter a new Hello Kitty alarm clock and a picture frame. Most of her bag are colored pink and as well as her umbrella.
I wonder why most of the young age, really loves the pink color? My view to it is from what we’re used to be being brought up in the world, boys are supposed to wear blue and girls are supposed to wear pink.

Sleep is the time for our body to regenerate itself, especially during the stages of deep sleep; this not only refreshes you but keeps your immune status intact. Maintaining around seven to eight regular quality hours at night results in restful sleep, making you feel energized to cope with the daily grind the next day. Not enough sleep, however, may cause irritability and an inability to focus. For a truly restful sleep follow the following tips:
· To deepen sleep, exercise regularly in the morning.
· Avoid drinking excessive liquids at night to minimize the need to go to the bathroom.
· Choose a bed and pillow that makes you feel really comfortable.
· Avoid cigarettes, alcohol, and caffeinated beverages in the evening.

As the saying goes, there is no place like home. This is where you can feel the internal peace and happiness that you can not find anywhere. Dwelling in a house which we call home is the greatest experience one can ever have.
I had once away from home. I can say that home sickness can be the greatest enemy. It can consume your energy and leave you lonely. I hate that feeling and that made me realize that the fun I experience from home can not be compared to any kind of joy the outside world brings.

The Obama-McCain presidential race is the most memorable and groundbreaking elections ever held in the history of the United States. There had been several ‘black’ candidates before but not as popular as our guy Obama. We all have our own choices and some of us would go for the more experienced guy which is McCain and some prefer the guy naturally-born with charisma and fortunately the voice of America placed the more charismatic guy in the position.
It was a very good fight and Mr. McCain is quite admirable at how he manly accepted defeat. (If only all politicians would be as sports as him, this would be a more peaceful world).

Well, yeah I know the world is suffering from recession but please don’t let our skin suffer too. Moms are one of the most affected individuals with this recession thing but despite the crisis we should still remain pretty and beautiful at the end of the day.
Our skin is the largest gland in our body and serves as our primary protection so I guess it is just proper to give it extra care despite this economic turbulence. But I am not encouraging you to spend like a quarter of you or your family’s budget with expensive skin care products or treatments because you can still give your skin a lift with the stuff you find in your kitchen or refrigerators.

Slowly, our country is joining in on the Halloween trick or treat and encouraging the kids to do the same Halloween custom that other countries are accustomed to do. They can at least wear any fancy costumes. Some of the kids have a trick or treat on the different store in the mall to collect candies and chocolates. While others just went to the neighborhood.
The Halloween costume, the unstoppable supply of candies and other sweets, the magic tricks that gives away and amazement and of course the never ending scares and spooks that we give to each other is but really enjoyable this Halloween.

Did you know that a loaded handbag can one over your weigh as much as 10 pounds, so it’s no surprise that carrying one over your shoulder can cause neck and shoulder problems. So try to keep your bag as light as possible and alternate it into each shoulder regularly. Why not try to carry a small bag so you can swap back and forth from one hand to another when the other side gets tired.
It would be recommendable that you try to carry a smaller bag, because with a big one you tend to load it until it gets full and the most practical thing to go; make sure that you bring only the important things with you.

My ten year old daughter surfs the internet all by herself – she uses the computer at the living room. My husband installed a parental control in that computer to limit the amount of time of their playing in front of the computer. She was only allowed one hour for weekdays or school days. I also allowed my six year old daughter to surf the internet but usually she loves watching TV rather than playing computer games
The internet poses many dangers for our kids, as parents it’s our responsibility to be aware of what our children are up to on the web. They would be exposed to things that aren’t supposed to be viewed by them or even to be learned by them, such as cuss words that you sure wouldn’t bear hear coming from them at all.

Due to the motivation of living a healthier life, my hubby and I started a daily exercise regime four days ago. After dropping the kids in school, we jog, walk and go biking, sweating the toxin out our body while enjoying nature’s real beauty with its fresh early morning breeze. I find this exercise routine so much exciting and uplifting because we spend quality time with each other, thank goodness he came up with this regimen and now we want to do it by heart. We both live an active life and enjoy the same online job so we don’t happen to get much time for each other. So enjoying the nature and detoxifying together is something we both look forward to every morning. Meeting a lot of different and new faces everyday so engrossed with their exercise habits is one motivating thing not just for us both also to our jogging mates and partners. But what‘s more inspiring is seeing our old folks do some Tai-chi lessons or groove with their aerobic dancing class in the park.

When we think of children, we invariably think of them playing. Playing is what being a child is all about. Play keeps them happy and busy, and it is vital for mental, physical and social development. It is how they learn and discover the world.
Adult consider play to be fun. It is a time for recreation, stress relief, amusement and interacting with others. It is just something they might want to do to take a break from work.
But children are somewhat different. Play is children’s unique and natural way of learning. A child needs to learn in order to survive. Playing with other children teaches your child viral social skills, such as cooperation and empathy. Playing also enables your child to develop problem-solving and communication skills.
